The 2023 federal pay raise
NTEU supports the FAIR Act, pending legislation in the House and the Senate that would provide an average 5.1 percent pay raise for federal employees in 2023. NTEU urges employees to contact their members of Congress to ask for their support for the bills. Members of Congress should hear from their constituents on the need for a fair pay raise for the frontline federal workforce.
